Online Store User Agreement for www.pikkuvihrea.fi
1. Parties to the Agreement
These terms govern the use of the pikkuvihrea.fi online service (the “Service”) maintained by Meripalo Oy (the “Service Provider”). By using the Service, purchasing products from the Service, or registering as a user, the Customer accepts and agrees to be bound by these terms.

These terms apply to all sales agreements between Meripalo Oy and the customer, regardless of whether the order was placed through the online store, by email, by phone, or through any other channel.
2. Right of Use
2.1. Private consumers
The Service is intended for private consumers residing in the European Union.
2.2. Businesses
Businesses may also use the Service. The right of return under the Finnish Consumer Protection Act does not apply to business customers.
2.3. All rights to the content of the Service belong to the Service Provider.
3. Registration
3.1. Users may register by completing the registration form and choosing a username and password. Products may also be ordered without registering.
3.2. By placing an order, the Customer confirms that they have read these terms, accept them, and agree to comply with them.
3.3. Registration is always free of charge.
4. Customer Responsibilities and Obligations
The Customer is responsible for all orders placed using their username and password. The Customer is responsible for keeping their username and password confidential.
5. Collection and Use of Personal Data
5.1. The Service Provider processes personal data provided by the Customer in accordance with European Union data protection legislation. Please read our Privacy Policy.
6. Ordering
6.1. A binding purchase agreement is formed when the Service Provider sends the Customer an order confirmation specifying product availability and delivery time.
6.2. The Service Provider reserves the right to decline an order.
6.3. The Customer must review the order confirmation promptly upon receipt and notify the Service Provider immediately of any errors or discrepancies by email at sales@pikkuvihrea.fi.
7. Product Prices
7.1. The price of a product is the price displayed on the product page at the time of ordering.
7.2. Delivery costs are added to the order total. Payment is per order unless otherwise stated. All orders over €75 are delivered free of charge to the nearest pickup point in Finland. For other orders, the delivery fee within Finland is the charge for the selected delivery method as shown at checkout.
7.3. All prices and delivery costs are displayed in euros (EUR).
7.4. For products sold and delivered within EU countries, the stated prices include the value added tax (VAT) of the delivery country.
7.5. For products sold and delivered outside the EU, the recipient is responsible for any local taxes, customs duties, and similar charges.
8. Delivery and Delivery Times
8.1. The Service Provider delivers products to the Customer under a shipping agreement with a third-party carrier.
8.2. Delivery costs are added to the order total and are shown at checkout.
8.3. Delivery times vary by product and depend on product availability and destination. Available delivery methods are shown in the Service.
8.4. The Service Provider is not liable for delays caused by force majeure or for any indirect damages resulting from a delayed delivery.
8.5. The Service Provider reserves the right to deliver ordered products in separate shipments.
8.6. The Service Provider is responsible for products lost or damaged during transit.
8.7. The Service Provider is not liable for any indirect damages or costs arising from delivery delays or other delivery disruptions. Such costs include, but are not limited to:
- costs for installation work, labour, or subcontractors that the customer has arranged before receiving the product
- cancellation or rescheduling fees resulting from a delayed delivery
- any other costs arising from third-party services or contracts
We recommend that installation work or other third-party services are not booked until delivery has been confirmed and the goods have been received.
8.8. The Customer must inspect the contents of the delivery promptly upon receipt, and no later than within 14 days of receipt. Any errors, missing items, or damaged products must be reported to the Service Provider in writing at asiakaspalvelu@pikkuvihrea.fi within the stated deadline. Claims submitted after this period cannot be considered.
9. Cancellations and Returns
9.1. Consumers have the right to cancel their order under the Finnish Consumer Protection Act by notifying the Service Provider within fourteen (14) days of receiving the order. The right of cancellation does not apply to products that have been customized according to the customer’s specifications.
9.2. Returns are accepted provided that:
- the order has been cancelled in accordance with these terms by notifying Pikkuvihreä no later than 14 days after receiving the product,
- the product is unused,
- the product is in the same condition as received and all parts are included, and
- the product is packed in its original packaging or equivalent.
9.3. Before returning any product, please contact us at sales@pikkuvihrea.fi to arrange the return. Returns from outside Finland are handled on a case-by-case basis.
9.4. The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs for returns made under the 14-day right of withdrawal. If the product is defective or does not conform to the order, the Service Provider will cover the return shipping costs and arrange the return. Please contact us at sales@pikkuvihrea.fi before returning a defective product.
9.5. Once Pikkuvihreä has received and inspected the return and confirmed it meets the return conditions, the Service Provider will refund the order amount to the customer’s bank account or credit card.
9.6. If a customer fails to collect their order and it is returned to Pikkuvihreä, this is not treated as a customer return. In such cases, both the outbound and return delivery costs will be deducted from the refunded order amount.
10. Payment Methods
Through the Visma Pay service, you can pay using online banking credentials, a digital wallet, payment cards (credit/debit), invoice, or instalment. Available payment methods include: Osuuspankki, Nordea, Danske Bank, Oma Säästöpankki, Säästöpankki, Aktia, Paikallisosuuspankit, S-Pankki, Ålandsbanken, MobilePay, Siirto, Visa, Visa Debit, Visa Electron, MasterCard, and Debit MasterCard.
MobilePay: You can pay with your MobilePay wallet if you have enabled payments in online stores in the app settings. Payments made with MobilePay are charged to the payment card linked to the wallet. If the charge to the payment card fails, payment via MobilePay wallet is not available in the online store.
OP Invoice – A flexible way to pay for online purchases, available to customers of all banks. With OP Invoice you can make purchases up to €5,000 and pay interest-free within 45 days. You can also split the invoice into several instalments. You can use OP Invoice if you are over 20 years of age with good payment capacity and have Finnish online banking credentials.
PayPal: You can also pay using your PayPal account. At checkout, select PayPal as your payment method and you will be redirected to PayPal to complete the payment securely. PayPal accepts payments from linked bank accounts, debit cards, and credit cards. No PayPal account is required — you can also pay as a guest using a card.

11. Amendments
11.1. The Service Provider reserves the right to make changes to the Service at any time.
11.2. The Service Provider may also amend these terms by notifying users through the Service. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of any such changes.
12. Dispute Resolution
All disputes arising from this agreement that cannot be resolved through negotiation shall be settled in the District Court of Turku under Finnish law.
