We offer free delivery to your preferred Matkahuolto pickup point in Finland on all orders over €75.00 (delivery to a Posti service point €1.90). You can select your preferred pickup location at checkout. Please note: this offer does not apply to heavy outhouse buildings or storage buildings, which are always delivered directly by pallet freight. Shipping costs for these products can be viewed by entering the delivery postal code on the product page.
Below you can find our available shipping methods. Current shipping costs are shown and can be selected at checkout before payment.
As many of our direct-to-address deliveries are made to summer cottages, islands, and marinas, please note the following:
- the delivery location must have a clear street address
- the delivery address must be accessible by a delivery truck
- it is not possible to determine the exact delivery date and time in advance. The freight carrier will contact you before delivery.
Posti
Postipaketti (Parcel)
Delivery to a Posti service point or the nearest Posti parcel locker. Delivery time is typically 1–3 days from ordering. Posti has Finland’s most extensive pickup point network, ensuring fast and smooth deliveries. Did you know that 85% of Finns live within one kilometer of their nearest Posti parcel locker or post office? All Posti parcel deliveries are carbon neutral.
Kotipaketti (Home Parcel)
Posti’s home delivery service. Delivery time is typically 2–4 days from ordering.
Lavarahti (Pallet freight)
Large and heavy shipments are delivered using Posti Pallet Freight or DHL Freight, depending on the delivery address. Pallet freight deliveries can be made to locations accessible by a delivery truck with tail lift unloading.
Matkahuolto
Lähellä-paketti (Pick-up Parcel)
Delivery to your selected Matkahuolto pickup point. Delivery time is typically 2–4 days. Matkahuolto has more than 2,000 parcel lockers and pickup points across Finland. Approximately 83% of Finns live within 3 km and 58% within 1 km of their nearest Matkahuolto pickup point, with parcel lockers being the most popular option. Parcel lockers are convenient to use, require no waiting in line, and are available during evenings and weekends.
The Matkahuolto Nearby Parcel service is also suitable for slightly larger and heavier packages, such as composters and dry toilets. Larger Nearby Parcel shipments are always delivered to the nearest Matkahuolto pickup point rather than a parcel locker.
Kotijakelu (Home Parcel)
Matkahuolto Home Delivery is an excellent option for large or heavy packages, or when you are unable to collect the shipment yourself from a pickup point or parcel locker. The delivery time is arranged directly with the recipient, and deliveries are available in the evenings and on weekends. The service is flexible and can also include contactless doorstep delivery without a signature if requested.
The recipient will receive a text message to arrange a delivery time. The parcel is generally delivered on the next business day after the delivery appointment has been agreed upon. In larger cities, evening and weekend deliveries are also available. With the recipient’s permission, the parcel may be left at the address without a signature.
Jakopaketti (Business Parcel)
Business delivery weekdays 8 AM–4 PM with no prior notice in 1–2 days.
Pickup from Raisio
You may also collect your online order directly from our warehouse in Raisio, either from our store during opening hours or at any convenient time from our pickup locker.
We always recommend calling in advance to confirm that your order is ready for collection before traveling to Raisio.

Customers in other EU countries
Our main delivery partner within the EU is DHL. In some cases, we also use other freight services, such as GLS for smaller parcels.

The cost of the delivery is shown in the web shop checkout.

Because many of our final-mile deliveries go to cabin addresses or, for example, marinas, please note the following:
- The delivery location must have a clear street address.
- The delivery address must be accessible by delivery truck.
- It is not possible to specify the exact delivery date and time in advance. The carrier will contact the recipient before delivery.
Upon dispatch a tracking code will be sent to the customer to follow the shipment.
