Product Return and Exchange Instructions
General policy
Our goal is to make returns easy, but please note that returns are not free. Returning packages has an environmental impact, and by charging for returns, we aim to encourage thoughtful purchasing decisions and reduce unnecessary return traffic. We will refund the price of the product, but the cost of the return will be deducted from the refund.

Customers in Finland
Customers who have ordered from our online store have a 14-day return policy from the receipt of the product. The product must not have been used in order to be returned.
General return conditions
If your product is defective or broken, please contact us at sales@pikkuvihrea.fi, via chat, or by phone at +358 22 421089. The chat and phone lines are open on weekdays from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. In such cases, the return or exchange will, of course, be free of charge.
Returns of products delivered on pallets must be agreed upon separately; please contact our customer service in such cases.
The return policy does not apply to:
- Products specially ordered from the manufacturer according to the customer’s specifications
- Products cut to length, such as pipes or other items tailored to the customer’s needs
- Used, non-defective products
You can also return or exchange products directly at our warehouse at Ihalantie 9, 21200 Raisio. We are open on weekdays from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Please contact us in advance.
Preparing the Return Package
1. Pack the products in the original box or an equivalent one.
Make sure all parts and accessories are included and in clean condition.
2. Include a note in the package with the following details: the name of the purchaser, order number, and your IBAN account number for the refund.
You can also mention the reason for the return.
3. A return code is required for the package return.
Matkahuolto return code: 9550506. You can write this return code on the side of the package.
Returning a Package
1. Take the package to a Matkahuolto service point
Provide the Matkahuolto return code 9550506 and tell them you are returning a package to Pikkuvihreä.
2. Request a tracking code and receipt
This allows you to track your package. Lost shipments without a tracking code cannot be refunded.
3. Await inspection and refund
Once the package has arrived at our warehouse, we will inspect the products and refund your money or send the exchanged product.
Frequently Asked Questions
“It’s been more than 14 days – can I still return?”
Contact our customer service. We may be able to arrange a return even after the 14-day period if the product is unused and still in its original packaging.
“How can I exchange a product for another?”
Return your product to us via Matkahuolto following the instructions above. Leave a message in the package or email sales@pikkuvihrea.fi to let us know which product you would like to exchange it for. We will then contact you.
Customers in other EU countries

Returns from outside Finland are handled on a case-by-case basis due to the variety of shipping methods in use across EU countries. Please contact us before sending anything back.

How to Arrange a Return from Another EU Country
1. Contact us first
Before sending anything back, reach out to us so we can agree on the best return method for your location. Do not send a package without prior arrangement.
2. Pack the products carefully
Use the original box or an equivalent one. Make sure all parts and accessories are included and in clean condition.
3. Include a note in the package
Include the name of the purchaser, order number, and your IBAN account number for the refund. You may also mention the reason for the return.
4. Keep the tracking code and receipt
Always request a tracking code when dropping off your return. Lost shipments without a tracking code cannot be refunded.
