2. Include a note in the package with the following details: the name of the purchaser, order number, and your IBAN account number for the refund.<\/h5>\r\nYou can also mention the reason for the return.<\/strong>\r\n

2. Request a tracking code and receipt<\/h5>\r\nThis allows you to track your package. Lost shipments without a tracking code cannot be refunded.<\/strong>\r\n
